The Training

This Power Yoga Academy training is based on a flowing, vinyasa style inspired by the teachings and methodology of Baptiste Yoga (www.baptisteyoga.com). Primary focus on alignment, breathing, meditation, self-inquiry and creating purpose, empowerment and possibility in life through the physical practices and techniques of Baptiste Yoga.
This is a physically and emotionally demanding program. It will require a strong commitment and personal sacrifice, as well as the support of the student’s primary support network. We emphasize that this program may not be for everyone.
